Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you every step of the way.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Products and packaging must be unused and in their original, new condition. The original manufacturer’s packaging should be undamaged and include all original items.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt with your return.
  • Return Authorization: Before sending back your items, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping box.
  • Shipping Method: Please mail your package using a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to the address provided when you receive your RAN.

Important Notes:

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 2 business days of receiving your package.
  • Handling Fee: If the above conditions are not fully met, Peridot SA reserves the right to charge a 15% handling fee or refuse the return.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. If you’d like to exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 0 to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number and follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll process the exchange and send out the new product promptly.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem.

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 0. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. However, you can return the item once it arrives by following our Return Policy guidelines for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
